The waterfall is commonly called "the three dragons" in English. You can hire a local guide to take you there, you can walk to the bottom (700+ steps, I lost count) & there's also a portage service, two people who (for a fee) will carry you down in a shoulder mounted chair & back up the 700+ steps. Be warned, the footpath is very narrow & thus close to the edge of the cliff ~ definitely not for the light hearted!!!! But worth the effort for the view from the bottom.
