4'-Demetilrebekamicinska sintaza (EC 4.3.3.5, arcirijaflavin A N-glikoziltransferaza, RebG) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 4'-demetilrebecamicin D-glukoza-lijaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 4'-O-demetilrebekamicin + H2O dihloro-arciriaflavin A + beta-D-glukoza
Ovaj enzim katalizuje jedan od koraka biosinteze rebekamicina.
