DTDP-glukozna 4,6-dehidrataza (EC 4.2.1.46, timidin difosfoglukozna oksidoreduktaza, TDP-glukozna oksidoreduktaza, dTDP-glukozna 4,6-hidrolijaza, dTDP-glukoza 4,6-hidrolijaza (formira dTDP-4-dehidro-6-dezoksi-alfa-D-glukoza)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dTDP-alfa-D-glukoza 4,6-hidrolijaza (formira dTDP-4-dehidro-6-dezoksi-alfa-D-glukoza).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- dTDP-alfa-D-glukoza dTDP-4-dehidro-6-dezoksi-alfa-D-glukoza + H2O
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan NAD+.
