Fosforibozilantranilatna izomeraza (EC 5.3.1.24, PRA izomeraza, PRAI, IGPS:PRAI (indol-3-glicerol-fosfat sintetaza/N-5'-fosforibozilantranilat izomeraza kompleks), N-(5-fosfo-beta-D-ribozil)antranilat ketol-izomeraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-(5-fosfo-beta-D-ribozil)antranilat aldoza-ketoza-izomeraza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N-(5-fosfo-beta-D-ribozil)antranilat 1-(2-karboksifenilamino)-1-dezoksi-D-ribuloza 5-fosfat
U pojedinim organizmima ovaj enzim je deo multifunkcionalnog proteina.
