IRNK guanililtransferaza (EC 2.7.7.50, iRNK završavajući enzim, informaciona RNK guanililtransferaza, protein lambda 2) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom GTP:iRNK guanililtransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- GTP + (5')ppPur-iRNK difosfat + G(5')pppPur-iRNK
Ovaj enzim takođe može da modifikuje sintetički poli(A) i poli(G) čime formira strukture m7G(5')pppAn i m7G(5')pppGn.
