Kalpain-2 (EC 3.4.22.53, kalcijumom aktivirana neutralna proteaza II, m-kalpain, mili-kalpain) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Endopeptidazno dejstvo sa širokom specifičnošću
Ovaj enzim pripada familiji C2 peptidaza.
