M7G(5')pppN difosfataza (EC 3.6.1.30, m7G(5')pppN pirofosfataza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 7-metilguanozin-5'-trifosfo-5'-polinukleotid 7-metilguanozin-5'-fosfohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 7-metilguanozin 5'-trifosfo-5'-polinukleotid + H2O 7-metilguanozin 5'-fosfat + polinukleotid
