Manozilglukozil-3-fosfoglicerat sintaza (EC 2.4.1.270, MggA) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom GDP-manoza:2-O-(alfa-D-glukozil)-3-fosfo-D-glicerat 2-O-alfa-D-manoziltransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- GDP-manoza + 2-O-(alfa-D-glukopiranozil)-3-fosfo-D-glicerat GDP + 2-O-[2-O-(alfa-D-manopiranozil)-alfa-D-glukopiranozil]-3-fosfo-D-glicerat
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u sintezi 2-[2-O-(alfa-D-manopranozil)-alfa-D-glukopiranozil]-D-glicerata.
