2-Oksoglutaratna karboksilaza (EC 6.4.1.7, oksalosukcinatna sintetaza, karboksilujući faktor za ICDH, CFI, OGC) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mg2+.
