TRNK pseudouridinska38/39 sintaza (EC 5.4.99.45, Deg1, Pus3p, pseudouridin sintaza 3) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom tRNK-uridin38/39 uracil mutaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- tRNK uridin38/39 tRNK pseudouridin38/39
Enzim iz Saccharomyces cerevisiae je aktivan samo na uridinu38 i uridinu39.
