Najk Elit Jut Basketbol Lig,[1][2]takođe poznata kao Najk EJBL,ili jednostavno EJBL, je košarkaško kolo za timove igrača starosti 17 godina i manje.

Mreža je osnovana  2010[3] i sastoji se od timova Amaterske atletske unije (AAU).[4] U EJBL-u igraju i dečaci i devojčice u svojim kategorijama. EJBL se smatra jednim od najboljih omladinskih košarkaških krugova u Sjedinjenim Državama, [5] [6][7] [8] [9]i uključuje jedan kanadski tim.[10]

Istorija

EJBL mreža je osnovana u aprilu 2010. godine[3] sa ciljem da ujedini timove amaterske atletske unije i postigne nacionalno prvenstvo za omladinske timove[11]. EJBL se igra na različitim sesijama u različitim gradovima širom Sjedinjenih Država.[11][12] 42 tima su igrala u prvom izdanju,[3] uključujući jedinstveni kanadski tim lige, CIA Bauns.[13] U kasnijim izdanjima, stvorene su i druge klase kao što je 16U (za igrače od 16 i manje godina).[14] NBA igrač Kris Pol potpisao je svoj AAU tim, CP3 Ol-Stars, za EJBL;[15] Rasel Vestbruk takođe ima svoj tim. Ostali timovi uključuju Tim Tad, u vlasništvu Tadeusa Janga, Tim Melo (Karmelo Entoni) i Tim (Kevin) Durant. [16]

U maju 2018, igrač Džejms Hempton iz tima Junajted iz Severne Karoline kolabirao je i umro tokom EJBL kola u Hemptonu u Virdžiniji.[17]

EJBL mreža

EJBL se sastoji od 40 najboljih srednjoškolskih košarkaških timova u Americi,[18][19] uključujući jedan kanadski tim.[10]Pič Džem košarkaški turnir se igra svakog jula, služeći kao godišnje finale EJBL kola. [20][21]Pič Džem se igra u Rivervju Park Aktivitis Centru u Nort Ogusti, Južna Karolina[22] Osnovan 1996. kao Pič Basket Klasik, već postojeći turnir postao je Nike Pič Džem 1997. godine,[23] i uključen je u EJBL kolo od 2010. godine.[2][3][21]
