Popis stanovništva 2010. u SAD bio je 23 po redu popis stanovništva u SAD. Kao referentni dan određen je 1. april 2010.[1] Kao deo napora da se poveća tačnost popisa angažovano je 635.000 popisivača.[2][3] Popisom je utvrđeno da je broj stanovnika SAD 308.745.538[4] što je povećanje za 9,7% u odnosu na prethodni popis.
