FMN reduktaza (NADPH) (EC 1.5.1.38, FRP, flavinska reduktaza P, SsuE) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom FMNH2:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- FMNH2 + NADP+ FMN + NADPH + H+
Enzimi iz bioluminescentih bakterija sadrže FMN, za razliku od enzima iz Escherichia coli.
