Limulusni zgrušavajući enzim (EC 3.4.21.86, enzim zgrušavanja) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Selektivno razlaganje -Arg18- i -Arg47- veza u koagulogenu čime se formiraju koagulin i fragmenti
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz hemocitnih granula vrsta rakova Limulus i Tachypleus.
