Saharopin dehidrogenaza (NADP+, formira L-lizin) (EC 1.5.1.8, lizin-2-oksoglutarat reduktaza, lizin-ketoglutarat reduktaza, L-lizin-alfa-ketoglutarat reduktaza, lizin:alfa-ketoglutarat:TPNH oksidoreduktaza (formira epsilon-N-(gultaril-2)-L-lizin), saharopin (nikotinamid adenin dinukleotid fosfat, formira lizin) dehidrogenaza, 6-N-(L-1,3-dikarboksipropil)-L-lizin:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza (formira L-lizin)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N6-(L-1,3-dikarboksipropil)-L-lizin:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza (formira L-lizin).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N6-(L-1,3-dikarboksipropil)-L-lizin + NADP+ +H2O L-lizin + 2-oksoglutarat + NADPH + H+
