(S)-stilopin sintaza (EC 1.14.21.1, (S)-heilantifolinska oksidaza (formira metilindioksi-most)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (S)-heilantifolin,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (formira metilindioksi-most).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (S)-heilantifolin + NADPH + H+ + O2 (S)-stilopin + NADP+ + 2H2O
Ovaj hem-tiolatni enzim (P-450) katalizuje oksidativnu reakciju kojom se ne inkorporira kiseonik u produkt.
