D-cisteinska desulfhidraza (EC 4.4.1.15, D-cisteinska lijaza, D-cistein sulfid-lijaza (deaminacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-cistein sulfid-lijaza (deaminacija, formira piruvat).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
