Fosfoglukozaminska mutaza (EC 5.4.2.10, Phosphoglucosamine mutase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alfa-D-glukozamin 1,6-fosfomutaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- alfa-D-glukozamin 1-fosfat D-glukozamin 6-fosfat
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi peptidoglikana i lipopolisaharida bakterijskog ćelijskog zida.
