Metanol dehidrogenaza (nikotinoprotein) (EC 1.1.99.37, NDMA-zavisna metanolna dehidrogenaza, nikotinoprotein metanolna dehidrogenaza, metanol:N,N-dimetil-4-nitrosoaniline oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom metanol:akceptor oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- metanol + akceptor formaldehid + redukovani akceptor
Ovaj enzim sadrži Zn2+ i Mg2+. Nikotinoprotein metanolne dehidrogenaze sadrže čvrsto vezani NADP+/NADPH kofaktor koji se ne disocira tokom katalitičkog procesa. Umesto toga kofaktor se regeneratiše drugim supstratom ili nosiocem elektrona.
