Sim-norspermidin sintaza (EC 2.5.1.23) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozilmetioninamin:propan-1,3-diamin 3-aminopropiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozilmetioninamin + propan-1,3-diamin S-metil-5'-tioadenozin + bis(3-aminopropil)amin
Ovaj enzim nije identičan sa EC 2.5.1.16 (spermidinskom sintaza) ili EC 2.5.1.22 (sperminskom sintazom).
