Sulfat adenililtransferaza (EC 2.7.7.4, ATP-sumporilaza, adenozin-5'-trifosfat sumporilaza, adenozintrifosfat sumporilaza, adenililsulfat pirofosforilaza, ATP sumporilaza, ATP-sumporilaza, sumporilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:sulfat adenililtransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ljudski fosfoadenozin-fosfosulfat sintazni (PAPS) sistem je bifunkcionalni enzim.
