(+)-Beta-pinenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.122, (+)-pinenska ciklaza, ciklaza III) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (formira (+)-beta-pinen).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- geranil difosfat (+)-beta-pinen + difosfat
Ciklaza III iz Salvia officinalis formira jednake količine (+)-beta-pinena i (+)-alfa-pinena.
