(+)-Kariolan-1-olna sintaza (EC 3.7.1.15, GcoA) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (+)-beta-kariofilen hidrolaza (ciklizacija, formira (+)-kariolan-1-ol).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (+)-beta-kariofilen + H2O (+)-kariolan-1-ol
Ovaj multifunkcionalni enzim takođe formira (+)-beta-kariofilen iz farnezil difosfata.
