1,4-Dihidroksi-2-naftoat polipreniltransferaza (EC 2.5.1.74, 1,4-dihydroxy-2-naphthoate polyprenyltransferase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sve-trans-poliprenil difosfat:1,4-dihidroksi-2-naftoat polipreniltransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- sve-trans-poliprenil difosfat + 1,4-dihidroksi-2-naftoat demetilmenahinol + difosfat + CO2
Ovaj enzim katalizuje jedan od koraka sinteze menahinona.
