3-Dehidrošikimatna dehidrataza (EC 4.2.1.118) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3-dehidrošikimat hidrolijaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 3-dehidro-šikimat protokatehuat + H2O
Ovaj enzim katalizuje jeda od ranih koraka u biosintezi petrobaktina.
