3-merkaptopiruvat sumportransferaza (EC 2.8.1.2, beta-merkaptopiruvatna sumportransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3-merkaptopiruvat:cijanid sumportransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 3-merkaptopiruvat + cijanid piruvat + tiocijanat
Sulfit, sulfinati, merkaptoetanol i merkaptopiruvat takođe mogu da deluju kao akceptori.
