7-Epi-seskvitujenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.101, TPS4-B73) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2E,6E)-farnezil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (formira 7-epi-seskvitujen).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (2E,6E)-farnezil difosfat 7-epi-seskvitujen + difosfat
Enzim iz Zea mays, vrste B73, uglavnom formira 7-epi-seskvitujen.
