Afidikolan-16beta-olna sintaza (EC 4.2.3.42, PbACS) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 9alfa-kopalil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (formira afidikolan-16beta-ol).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 9alfa-kopalil difosfat + H2O afidikolan-16beta-ol + difosfat
Ovaj bifunkcionalani enzim takođe has deluje kao EC 5.5.1.14.
