Arginin---piruvat transaminaza (EC 2.6.1.84, arginin:piruvat transaminaza, AruH, ATaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-arginin:piruvat aminotransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
