CDP-arheol sintaza (EC 2.7.7.67, CDP-2,3-di-O-geranilgeranil-sn-glicerol sintaza, CTP:2,3-GG-GP etar citidililtransferaza, CTP:2,3-di-O-geranilgeranil-sn-glicero-1-fosfat citidiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom CTP:2,3-bis-O-(geranilgeranil)-sn-glicero-1-fosfat citidililtransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- CTP + 2,3-bis-O-(geranilgeranil)-sn-glicero-1-fosfat difosfat + CDP-2,3-bis-O-(geranilgeranil)-sn-glicerol
Ovaj enzim katalizuje jedan od koraka biosinteze polarnih lipida kod arheja.
