D-laktatna dehidrataza (EC 4.2.1.130, glioksilaza III) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (R)-laktat hidrolijaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (R)-laktat metilglioksal + H2O
Ovaj enzim konvertuje metilglioksal do D-laktata u jednom od glutationa (GSH) nezavisnom koraku.
