Damarenediolna II sintaza (EC 4.2.1.125, damarenediolna sintaza, 2,3-oksidoskvalen (20S)-dammarenediol ciklaza, DDS, (S)-skvalen-2,3-epoksid hidrolijaza (formira damarenediol-II)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (3S)-2,3-epoksi-2,3-dihidroskvalen hidrolijaza (formira dammarenediol-II).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- damarenediol II (3S)-2,3-epoksi-2,3-dihidroskvalen + H2O
Ova reakcija se odvija u reverznom smeru.
