Filokladan-16alfa-olna sintaza (EC 4.2.3.45, PaDC1) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (+)-kopalil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (formira filokladan-16alfa-ol).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (+)-kopalil difosfat + H2O filokladan-16alfa-ol + difosfat
