Gama-muurolenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.126, Cop3) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2E,6E)-farnezil-difosfat difosfat-laza (ciklizacija, formira gama-muurolen).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (2E,6E)-farnezil difosfat gama-muurolen + difosfat
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz gljive Coprinus cinereus.
