Gama-terpinenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.114, OvTPS2, ClcTS) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira gama-terpinen).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- geranil difosfat gama-terpinen + difosfat
Enzim je izolovan iz Thymus vulgaris, Citrus limon (limuna), Citrus unshiu i Origanum vulgare (oregana).
