Glicilna endopeptidaza (EC 3.4.22.25, papajina peptidaza B, papajina proteinaza IV, glicin-specifična proteinaza, papajina proteinaza 4, PPIV, himopapain M) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Preferentno razlaganje: Gly-, u proteinima i malim molekulskim supstratima
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz papaje, Carica papaya.
