Glicin dehidrogenaza (formira cijanid) (EC 1.4.99.5, cijanovodonična sintaza, HCN sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom glicin:akceptor oksidoreduktaza (formira cijanovodonik).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- glicin + 2 A hidrogen cijanid + CO2 + 2 AH2
Ova enzim iz Pseudomonas sp. sadrži FAD. On je vezan za membranu.
