Glutamin—piruvat transaminaza (EC 2.6.1.15, glutaminaza II, L-glutaminsk transaminaza L, glutamin-okso-kiselinska transaminaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-glutamin:piruvat aminotransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein. L-metionin može da deluje kao donor, a glioksilat kao akceptor.
