Kukurbitadienolna sintaza (EC 5.4.99.33, CPQ (gen), (S)-2,3-epoksiskvalen mutaza (ciklizacija, formira kukurbitadienol)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (3S)-2,3-epoksi-2,3-dihidroskvalen mutaza (ciklizacija, formira kukurbitadienol).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
