Maltoza a-D-glukoziltransferaza (EC 5.4.99.16, trehalozna sintaza, maltozna glukozilmutaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom maltoza alfa-D-glukozilmutaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
