Mangan peroksidaza (EC 1.11.1.13, peroksidaza-M2, Mn-zavisna (NADH-oksidujuća) peroksidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom Mn(II):vodonik-peroksid oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2 Mn(II) + 2 H+ + H2O2 2 Mn(III) + 2H2O
Ovaj enzim je hemoprotein. On učestvuje u oksidativnoj degradaciji lignina u belim gljivama Basidiomycetes.
