Metanol dehidrogenaza (EC 1.1.1.244, metanolna dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom metanol:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- metanol+ NAD+ formaldehid + NADH + H+
