Mieloblastin (EC 3.4.21.76, leukocitna proteinaza 3, leukocitna proteinaza 4, Vegenerov granulomatozni autoantigen, proteinaza PR-3, proteinaza-3, PMNL proteinaza) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim je prisutan u polimorfonuklearnim leukocitnim granulama.
