N-acetil-g-glutamil-fosfat reduktaza (EC 1.2.1.38, reduktaza, acetil-gama-glutamil fosfat, N-acetilglutamat 5-semialdehidna dehidrogenaza, N-acetilglutaminska gama-semialdehidna dehidrogenaza, N-acetil-L-glutamat gama-semialdehid:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza (fosforilacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-acetil-L-glutamat-5-semialdehid:NADP+ 5-oksidoreduktaza (fosforilacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N-acetil-L-glutamat 5-semialdehid + NADP+ + fosfat N-acetil-L-glutamil 5-fosfat + NADPH + H+
