Pirimidinski-5'-nukleotidna nukleozidaza (EC 3.2.2.10, pirimidinko nukleotidna N-ribozidaza, Pyr5N) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom pirimidin-5'-nukleotidna fosforibo(dezoksiribo)hidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- pirimidin 5'-nukleotid + H2O D-riboza 5-fosfat + pirimidinska baza
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na dUMP, dTMP i dCMP.
