Prefenatna dehidrataza (EC 4.2.1.51, prefenatna hidrolijaza (dekarboksilacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom prefenat hidrolijaza (dekarboksilacija; formira fenilpiruvat).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- prefenat fenilpiruvat + H2O + CO2
Bakterijski enzim takođe deluje kao horizmat mutaza (EC 5.4.99.5).
