Serin—piruvat transaminaza (EC 2.6.1.51, SPT, hidroksipiruvat:L-alanin transaminaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-serin:piruvat aminotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein. Jetreni enzim može da bude identičan sa EC 2.6.1.44 alanin-glioksilat transaminazom.
