Sve-trans-dekaprenil-difosfat sintaza (EC 2.5.1.91, dekaprenil-difosfat sintaza, dekaprenil pirofosfat sintetaza, poliprenilpirofosfat sintetaza, terpenoidaliltransferaza, terpenil pirofosfat sintetaza, trans-preniltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2E,6E)-farnezil-difosfat:izopentenil-difosfat farneziltranstransferaza (dodaje 7 izopentenilnih jedinica).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (2E,6E)-farnezil difosfat + 7 izopentenil difosfat 7 difosfat + sve-trans-dekaprenil difosfat
Ovaj enzim katalizuje reakciju kondenzacije kojom se formira sve-trans-dekaprenil difosfat.
