Tetrahimanolna sintaza (EC 4.2.1.123, skvalen tetrahimanolna ciklaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom skvalen hidrolijaza (formira tetrahimanol).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- tetrahimanol skvalen + H2O
Ova reakcija se odvija u reverznom smeru.
