Meprin-A (EC 3.4.24.18, endopeptidaza-2, meprin, hidrolaza N-benzoil-L-tirozil-p-aminobenzojeve kiseline, PABA-peptidna hidrolaza, PPH) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza proteinskih i peptidnih supstrata preferentno na karboksilnoj strani hidrofobnih ostataka
Ova membranska metaloendopeptidaza je prisutna u bubrezima pacova i miševa.
